Meet the Coaches!!!
Below are small auto-biographies written by the BASE coaches for this '10-'11 school year!
Director:Justin Bouckaert- "I am a God follower who has been given a desire to work with students. I am currently a master's of elementary education student at SBU, and got married to my wonderful wife on June 7,2008. Our first child is on the way and due Feb. 11th 2011! I have been given opportunities to teach in Africa, Germany and Switzerland. When I first started working here almost 4 years ago, I completely fell in love with the program and it's outreach for children and their families. I look forward to working with each family to make their time at BASE enjoyable and worthwhile."
Assistant Director: Brittany Woods- "I love children and my greatest desire is to share Jesus with them. I believe that BASE is one of the great ways I am able to do just that. I have been involved with BASE for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am excited to see how God works through BASE this '10-'11 school year."
Coach Savannah- "Hi! I have been working at BASE for almost 2 years. I am a student at Southwest Baptist University, and have lived in Bolivar my whole life. I love working at BASE and being with the kids everyday watching them grow, learn, and have fun are some of the best parts of my day. I also love setting a Christ-like example for them to see and follow."
Coach Holly- "I am a senior at Southwest Baptist University. I am majoring in elementary education and early childhood. I have had many teachers tha thave blessed me and changed my life, I want to do the same for other kids. I am not sure what the Lord has in store for me in the future but I am excited to dedicate each day towards Him. I enjoy many things like learning, playing, sports, and hanging out with those I enjoy. If I could do anything in a day I would get a vanilla Dr. Pepper, dove chocolate, and go for a long drive! I am honored to work with kids and I love them!"

Coach Tarah- "I am a junior at SBU and majoring in Secondary math education. I worked at BASE over the summer of 2008 and am happy to return for this school year. I love playing with kids, and am excited about working at Centerkid this summer where I will have the opportunity to lead a small group workshop and two other "fun" classes for the kids to participate in during their time there."
