Proverbs 31 Ladies Bible Study

Wednesdays 8:45-11:00 a.m.  Room 220A

Starts Wednesday, September 9

Breaking Free: Making Liberty in Christ a Reality in Life by Beth Moore, leads you through a study of the Scriptures to discover the transforming power of Christian freedom. Based on Isaiah 61:1-4, this in-depth study draws parallels between the captive Israelites and today’s believers.

Proverbs 31 is for women with young children who desire encouragement and accountability from God’s Word and other mothers.  Childcare is available for a small fee.  Registration is required to reserve your book ($15) and request childcare.  Contact Jacki Dublin 777-7754 or Leslie Shuler 777-6250 to register.

Attending the Bride of Christ: Preparing for His Return

Wednesday evenings 6-8 p.m. Room 306

September 16 – October 21

This 6-week study helps women better understand God’s plan for the church and how they can personally prepare for Christ’s return.  Attending the Bride of Christ draws from the rich symbolism of a Jewish wedding, familiar during Jesus’ times, but not always understood by today’s Gentile Christians.  By the conclusion of the study, women will discover fascinating Biblical truths that point to the climax of history-the marriage feast of the Lamb!  Stop by the church office before the first class on September 16 to purchase your book ($9) and complete the first chapter.  This study is taught by Juanita Highfill and facilitated by Sara Lindsey.  Please contact Sara Lindsey at 328-8222 to register.
