Pam Webb is the Worship Arts Coordinator/Assistant to the Pastor and Worship Pastor of First Baptist Church of Bolivar, MO. As the Worship Arts Coordinator, Pam researches, prepares, and facilitates the use of audio and visual arts and assist the Pastors in preparing for worship. She has been with First Baptist since 1992. Pam has worn many hats since coming to First Baptist Church including Financial Secretary, Assistant to the Pastor, Esquire Pastor and Worship Pastor. She holds a degree in Communication Arts with a emphasis in Drama and Film Studies. One of the greatest blessings of her time here at First Baptist has been using her passion for the arts in her ministry to the church. When she is not working Pam spends her time with her family and friends, participating with community theater, and working at the Alpha House Pregnancy Resource Center.

In the twenty years since Jeffery Waters joined the membership of First Baptist Church, he has participated in various roles within the church’s music ministry; currently, Dr. Waters directs and plays in the orchestra at First Baptist, and is the pianist for the youth choir. Dr. Waters earned the B.S. degree in Education from Jacksonville State University in Alabama, as well as the M.M. and D.M.A. degrees in woodwinds and saxophone performance from the University of Georgia. Dr. Waters is professor of music and chairman of the department of music at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar.

Bill has been involved with church music as an accompanist and choir member most all of his life. That includes 20 years as a church organist - 11 years at FBC and 9 years at other churches in Texas, Illinois, and Missouri.
Bill grew up in El Dorado, Arkansas, graduated from Baylor University, and received his graduate degrees in piano performance from Indiana University. He is professor of music and Interim Provost at Southwest Baptist University. Bill's wife, Kathy, teaches voice and music education at SBU, and they have two grown sons, Jeremy and Jason, and one grandson, Christopher.
