Proverbs 31 Ladies Bible Study

Proverbs 31 is for women with young children who desire encouragement and accountability from God's Word and other mothers. Our study for this semester is Calm My Anxious Heart by Linda Dillow. Books are $15. Childcare is available for a small fee. Registration is required to order a book and request childcare.

Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith
September 11-November 20
Thursday, 9:30-11:00 a.m. Room 220A
Do you believe God or merely believe in Him? Based on Isaiah 43:10 this Beth Moore study explores what it means to believe God. Through studying the lives of Abraham, Moses, and others from Hebrews 11 as examples of persons who believed God you will be encouraged as women to deepen your own trust in God and receive a fresh word from Him. This interactive study includes personal written assignments and video segments with time for discussion.

NETWORK, The Right People…In the Right Places…For the Right Reasons
September 10-November 12

What’s more fun for women to discuss than…PASSION, GIFTS, AND STYLE! If you desire to learn something new that will help you discover ways to make your life more fulfilling by discovering your passions, your spiritual gifts, and your personal style you will love “NETWORK!” You will discover who God has uniquely made you to be. While this book is uplifting and life changing, you will be encouraged to know there will be no weekly homework, and no preparation for the first session.
This study is facilitated by Robin Shelenhamer and cost of the book is $9. The nursery is available for childcare.
Amidst the Storms…..Finding peace and purpose in life’s crisis
September 7-October 12
Sunday, 5:00-6:15 p.m. Room 304
If there has ever been a time that you have faced the future with uncertainty; stared into adversity weary, abandoned or alone; lost a loved one; or just needed encouragement, this study is for you! Each week we will focus on a different “storm” in our lives that parallels Biblical moments with real life crisis. In this six week study, we will dig into scripture to find practical answers to some of life’s toughest trials.

A Woman After God’s Own Heart
October 19-November 23
Sunday, 5:00-6:15 p.m. Room 303
Genuine peace and joy come when women follow God in every area of their lives—and become women after His heart. In this book study by Elizabeth George, she shares practical, scriptural insights on how you can pursue God’s priorities concerning your husband, your children, your home, your walk with the Lord, and your ministry.
This six week study is facilitated by Juanita Highfill and the cost of the book is $11.
